Loule Cup
Huge CONGRATULATIONS to Gracie and Sophie on their fantastic international debut! They travelled to Portugal with the Welsh team to compete at the 2025 Loule Cup. They took to the track performing fabulous tumbles to help the Welsh team take 2nd place. Gracie finished a fantastic 10th place, narrowly missing out on a place in the finals. Sophie finished 29th with an unfortunate fall on one of her landings. Both incredible achievements for their first time on the international

Welsh Squad Selection
Huge CONGRATULATIONS to Fleur for being re-selected into the Welsh foundation squad. She will continue to train with the squad and national coaches in Cardiff for another 6 months. This is a fantastic achievement and opportunity, being one of only 7 gymnasts her age to be selected across the whole of Wales. Well done to Fleur and her coaches we are so proud!

DGA Superhero Competition
We had a fantastic weekend hosting our DGA superheroes competition for our recreational gymnasts. It was amazing to watch over 100 of gymnasts show off their skills and routines to friends and family. They all worked super hard with their coaches to put them together and most certainly made everyone very proud! Thank you to Hannah and Kailyn who organised the competition as a part of their work experience with us and to Teagan who helped and guided them as a part of her level

British Tumbling Championships
We were absolutely devastated for Ciara who had to pull out of the 2025 British Tumbling championships after sustaining an injury in training. Ciara had worked incredibly hard to return from her achilles rupture and felt so ready for the competition. We send all our love to Ciara and want to acknowledge her tremendous hard work and courage. We are heartbroken for her as we know how much this means to her, but know her strength with carry her through to comeback even stronger

Another weekend in Cardiff for some of our competitive gymnasts. This time for the Welsh Tumbling Championships. Our tumblers took to the track at the Sport Wales National Center, putting out lots of new skills and tumbles and some gymnasts even stepping up to this level for the first time. They all competed amazingly well, supporting each all the way through, especially when things didn't quite go to plan. They got back up and finished in style, as always with a little help
