Welsh Zinc & Copper Finals

Another weekend in South Wales... this time our gymnasts and coaches travelled to Newport for the Welsh Zinc and Copper finals.

After placing in the top 5 at the North Wales championships, 9 of our gymnasts represented the North Area in the finals.

They all worked really hard to perfect their routines in the run up this weekend and it mist certainly paid off! We had lots of beautiful routines including many stuck beams and amazing results!

In the Zinc age 8 category Hermione finished 4th overall in Wales1

In the Copper 10-11 category Emmi finished 6th overall in Wales!

In the Zinc 10-11 category Isla placed 2nd overall in Wales!

In the Zinc 12+ category Grace finished 3rd overall in Wales and became the Welsh vault champion!

All of our gymnasts helped the North Area teams each receive medals and ribbons! You can find a full list of results on our social media pages.
