RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS

OUR  RECREATIONAL CLASSES

From pre school to High school age

All of our gymnasts start off in our recreational pathway. We offer a variety of sessions throughout the week, starting from our independent pre school gymnasts all the way through to high school age. These sessions give children the chance to experience gymnastics in a non competitive and inclusive environment, allowing them to develop physical as well as social skills.

Nursery and reception age

These classes are the starting point for little ones to begin their journey with us.  As the he next step on from our parent and tot 'diddy dragons' classes, these independent sessions give children the opportunity to play and learn away from their parents in a completely safe environment. The classes are run by our fully qualified and experienced coaches, providing your children with the best quality care and teaching possible.

Year 1 to Year 6

As children get older they may move up to the next suitable class where they can progress their gymnastics further. Still focusing on the fundamentals of gymnastics, they may begin to learn more challenging skills on each of the apparatus.

High School

Gymnastics is great for all ages and abilities. Our high school class allows older children to come and enjoy the sport. It is not only a fun way to keep fit but also a chance to learn new things and make new friends. These classes are also great for any students taking GCSE PE who may want some extra coaching before taking their exams.
