This weekend our national gymmasts travelled to Cardiff to compete in the out of age Level 4 and 3 competition.
We would like to say a huge well done to all the girls who have worked really hard to get to this level of competition. Molly, Isy, Cora, Hannah and Amelia competing at level 4 and Lily and Grace at level 3. Each of the girls competed new skills on every piece of apparatus. We are very proud of them all.

Also a special well done to Hannah for competing her giants on wooden bar for the first time ever, Amelia for getting her full twist and Cora for showing great strength and determination competing after being pulled from a car crash the night before.
