Back in February our tumblers competed in the Welsh Championships where the top 2 finishers qualified for the British semi finals. After a long wait and lots of hard work it was finally time for our 12 qualifiers to travel to Birmingham to compete at the semi finals.
We travelled down as a team on the Friday evening ready for a full weekend of competition at the Birmingham arena. For many of our gymnasts this was their biggest ever competition. Representing Wales and competing against gymnasts from across the UK in such a huge venue. It is such a fantastic achievement to get this far and we are so proud of everyone for all their hard work and commitment.
